Senior Leader – Chris Bowater
In  July 2007 Chris and Lesley Bowater took over responsibility for New Life Church in Sleaford when Chris agreed to become Senior Leader. He has taken this responsibility alongside his other commitments in this country and overseas and particularly his vision for Worship Academy International. Since that time he has agreed to become the Senior Pastor of New Life in Sleaford. The Church greatly appreciates the provision God has made for them in joining Chris and Lesley to the work here in Sleaford at a time such as this. He will be making an essential contribution to building the Church here over the coming years. Most importantly Chris is bringing fresh vision and purpose to us as we move on to new things in the Church, the community and around the world.
Leadership Team
He is supported in this work by a Leadership Team in Sleaford that consists of:

• Philip and Wendy Bell
This team were commissioned at a service of dedication taken by Stuart Bell of Ground Level Ministries on Sunday 6th January 2008. Philip and Wendy Bell joined the Team part way through 2011 and were commissioned by Bishop David Carr OSL. In addition to their joint responsibility for the work overall, they each carry specific responsibilities for communities of interest within the Church, here in Sleaford. These continue to be developed and it is the Team’s desire to see others added to take responsibility within this growing Church.
